Full bags elite 12 mins. Yeah it can be done in “8 mins” but consistently the heist preps for it are quick and easy. If you've done the heist perfectly before, the cutting powder isn't necessary. I've done it a couple times without the powder. The only time I'd use it is if I come across it on the way to the tower.
Once you scope the drainage tunnel, be sure to do the cutting torch set up. And the drainage tunnel (in my opinion) is the best way to enter the heist, because you go straight into the compound at the beginning, so you won’t have to run the island twice.

Additionally, the game will tell you that the drainage tunnel gets sealed afterwards, but can you use it to escape if you enter in a different way?
